Celebrating Culinary Heritage at Megaworld’s 3rd Culinary Conference in the Philippines

Janat Paris had the privilege of participating in the 3rd Culinary Conference, held in Iloilo City, Philippines—designated a UNESCO City of Creative Gastronomy. Hosted by Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and organized by Megaworld Hotels & Resorts, the event brought together culinary experts, F&B leaders, Executive Chefs, and General Managers from 13 renowned hotels and 8 upcoming properties.

With the theme “Love Your Heritage,” the conference explored the region’s rich culinary traditions and provided an invaluable opportunity for industry professionals to share insights and innovations. Our tea station featured a curated selection of premium blends, including the rich, woody notes of French Oak Tea, the delicate, caramelized sweetness of Pomme d’Amour Tea, crafted with charcoal-cooked “Pink Lady” apples and premium Ceylon tea, and the vibrant, invigorating qualities of our Matcha. Each cup offered a sensory journey, showcasing the artistry of tea-making and its ability to complement diverse culinary experiences.
